Hades’ intestines felt fragile, his massive body in jitters as a liquid nausea rolled in his empty stomach. Cockfuck, he was going to piss vomit any second. He leaned against the wall, brain too fuckin’ numb to keep him standing, chest chasing his winded breath... Shit sure sounded a fuck lot easier in his head, didn’t for one second think he’d have his gut ripped out with his insides dragging behind him when he decided to walk away from that kid. Right, who the fuck was he trying to fool?

He’d gotten more than what he wanted...that last goodbye kiss, a taste of his little boy and that breathtaking image of—sweet motherfuckin’ Jesus—as Rex came with Hades’ fingers up his ass. The way Rex’s little ring pulsed and squeezed around his digits each time Rex’s pretty cock ejected boy jizz had Hades’ dick choking itself on pre-cum. That sweet shit still tasted like motherfuckin’ fairy glitter, honey soft and slightly spicy. And it hurt, ¡Dios mío!, it ate at him, even the fuckin’ darkness inside him screamed, shivering in pain as it was scorched to black ash.

He pushed off the wall, and swayed. Nope…fucker’s not going anywhere. He slumped back against it. Bullet wounds, cuts, stabs, fists—even a heart-fuckin’-massacre couldn’t end him and yet he was piss-balls, barely able to stand on his own two goddamn given feet after walking out on his heart.

He gazed back at the apartment door only to have another echo of arctic quietus slither through his soul. He needed to get the fuck outta here.

But that meant he needed to keep his shit together if he wanted to reach the fuckin’ car, get to the hotel, and pack his bag before catching the next plane to God knew where.

All while Death tapped a bony finger against the back of Hades’ neck, waiting to see if Hades would bend to the decision of blowing his brain-juices out…kissing the son of a bitch sounded so bitter fuckin’ beautiful right now… But he couldn’t, he’d fuckin’ promised the Jap, still couldn’t fuckin’ understand why his soul clung onto that sentiment. ’Cause he’d gained nothing out of this, except for the bloodthirsty pustule growing in the place his heart should fuckin’ be beating.
